1. Custom Orders

All physical products are made to order using CNC machining and laser engraving.
Turnaround times vary depending on complexity, materials, and current workload. We’ll confirm estimated delivery once your order is received.
Minor variations in finish or material tone may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

2. Digital Downloads

SVG files and other downloadable content are for personal or commercial use unless otherwise stated.
Redistribution, resale, or modification of digital files for resale is not permitted without written consent.
All digital sales are final. No refunds are issued for downloadable products.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at checkout for both physical and digital products.
We reserve the right to update pricing or product availability at any time.

4. Shipping & Collection

We offer local collection in Broadstairs, Kent, and shipping across the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and item size.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services.

5. International Orders

International shipping is available on select items. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability, costs, and delivery times.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Bulk Orders

Bulk pricing is available for larger quantities or repeat orders. Please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Lead times for bulk orders may vary depending on volume and material availability.

We offer seasonal designs and limited-time promotions throughout the year (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Halloween).
Promotional items may have shorter lead times or limited availability — order early to avoid disappointment.
Discounts and offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may have been sourced and work may have begun.
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details.
Digital downloads are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of CRAIGS CNC unless otherwise credited.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without permission.
