1. Custom Orders

• Physical products are made to order using CNC routing, cutting and laser engraving.

• Turnaround times vary depending on the project, materials, quantity and current workload. An estimated timescale will be provided where possible.

• As our products are made individually, minor variations in colour, grain, finish or appearance may occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Digital Downloads

• Digital files, including SVG files and other downloadable content, are supplied for the personal or commercial use specified on the individual product listing.

• Unless otherwise stated, you may use purchased files to create physical products for personal or commercial purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the digital files themselves, or sell the files in a way that allows another person to obtain the original digital file.

• Digital files may not be copied or redistributed as standalone digital products.

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital products are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, subject to any rights you have under UK consumer law.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

• Payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.

• We reserve the right to change prices, products or availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Shipping & Collection

• Local collection may be available in Margate, Kent, UK, where stated.

• UK delivery is available on applicable products. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier or postal delays.

• Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the delivery service are outside our control. We will, however, do our best to assist with any delivery problems.

5. International Orders

• International delivery may be available on selected products. Please contact us before ordering if you require international delivery.

• Any customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Bulk Orders

• We welcome larger and repeat orders.

• Please contact us for a bespoke quotation for larger quantities.

• Bulk-order prices and lead times will depend on the quantity, materials and requirements of the project.

7. Seasonal Promotions

• Seasonal products and promotional offers may be available for limited periods.

• Promotional products may have limited availability and specific ordering deadlines.

• Discounts and promotional offers cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

• Any specific terms attached to a promotion will be stated at the time of the offer.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Because many of our products are made to order or personalised, cancellation and return rights may differ from those applying to standard products.

• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests where work has not already started.

• If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

• Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by UK law.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once downloaded, subject to your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photographs, graphics, text and other content created by CRAIGS CNC remain the property of CRAIGS CNC unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use our website content, photographs or designs without our written permission.

• Where you purchase a digital design, the licence and permitted use will be as described on the relevant product listing.
